Automated eddy current flaw detectors for rollers are designed to detect and determine surface defects of cylindrical rollers that are part of rolling bearings used in axle boxes of freight cars, passenger cars, diesel locomotives and electric locomotives at railway transport enterprises.
Eddy current automated flaw detectors for brass separators are designed to control brass separators of rolling bearings of axle boxes.

Hand-held devices of ferrosonde non-destructive testing are designed to measure the intensity and intensity gradient of constant, variable and pulsed magnetic fields and detect defects.

DF-103, modifications DF-105, DF-201.1 are used to measure the gradient of the constant magnetic field strength and to identify surface and subsurface continuity violations (defects) of workpieces, parts and finished ferromagnetic products, including cast products and products with welded seams. The MPI 40 interface converter is used to transfer data from the flaw detector to the computer. Data transmission is carried out using a communication cable at a distance of up to 1200 m.
